Coach proposes; the trainer applies. Every card in this tray will be a draft — Coach reads your gym with athlete health excluded and can suggest a ramp-back, a plan progression, or a session change, but it never writes one itself. Applying records who applied it, when, and what changed. Dismissing writes nothing.

The decisions backend isn’t wired yet

The proposal feed and the apply/dismiss actions (`GET /api/trainer/coach/decisions` + `POST /api/trainer/coach/decisions/:id/decide`) are pending backend — the same routes the Trainer iOS app is waiting on. Nothing is simulated here: proposals, evidence, and the decided log appear only when the live rail ships. Until then, ask Coach directly in Coach AI or review what has already been written in the audit log.
